Il ruolo è 100% da remoto, permettendoti di lavorare da qualsiasi località del Portogallo continentale. Se ti trasferisci dall'estero, è disponibile anche un alloggio aziendale per rendere il tuo trasferimento il più semplice possibile.

Cosa Farai

Come Specialista Supporto Ordini, ti occuperai di gestire casi complessi relativi agli ordini online, assicurando ai clienti un'esperienza d'acquisto fluida e senza problemi.

Le tue responsabilità includeranno:

  • Gestire problematiche complesse legate agli ordini, dall'acquisto alla consegna.
  • Analizzare e risolvere casi relativi all'evasione degli ordini.
  • Supportare i clienti via telefono ed e-mail quando necessario.
  • Collaborare con team interni e partner commerciali per risolvere rapidamente le problematiche.
  • Aggiornare e gestire i dati dei clienti in SAP con la massima precisione.
  • Garantire il rispetto delle procedure interne e degli standard qualitativi.
  • Offrire un'esperienza cliente eccellente durante ogni interazione.
  • Italiano fluente (C1/C2)
  • Buona conoscenza dell'inglese (B2)
  • Ottime capacità comunicative scritte e verbali
  • Grande attenzione ai dettagli e precisione
  • Capacità di lavorare in autonomia e prendere decisioni efficaci
  • Spiccate capacità di problem solving
  • Forte orientamento al cliente
  • Interesse per attività di back-office
  • Capacità di lavorare sotto pressione e rispettare le scadenze
  • La conoscenza di SAP costituisce un vantaggio, ma verrà fornita formazione completa
  • Disponibilità a svolgere straordinari nei periodi di maggiore attività
  • Spirito di squadra e atteggiamento positivo
  • 40 ore settimanali
  • Turni a rotazione
  • Dal lunedì alla domenica (festivi inclusi)
  • Fascia oraria tra le 07:00 e le 24:00
  • 8 ore di lavoro al giorno + 1 ora di pausa pranzo

  • Formazione pratica sul lavoro
  • €18,56 lordi per ogni giorno di formazione
