Международная компания в сфере онлайн-развлечений ищет русскоязычных ведущих live-сессий для работы в студии в Бухаресте. Позиция подойдёт кандидатам, которым комфортно работать перед камерой, общаться с аудиторией и соблюдать чёткие регламенты проведения игровых сессий.

Компания является лицензированным провайдером live-gaming-решений, работая в регулируемых юрисдикциях (ЕС, Канада и др.). Работа осуществляется в соответствии с законодательством Румынии и стандартами индустрии.

График работы

  • 3 смены с ежемесячной ротацией
  • 5 рабочих дней / 2 выходных
  • Возможны ночные смены, выходные и праздничные дни
  • Рабочие сессии по 1,5–2 часа, затем перерыв 30 минут
  • Работа в студии в Бухаресте

Заработная плата и доплаты

Базовая зарплата

Первые 9 месяцев (включая 3 месяца испытательного срока):

4124 RON нетто ( 828 EUR)

7049 RON брутто ( 1418 EUR)

После 9 месяцев:

5022 RON нетто ( 1008 EUR)

8585 RON брутто ( 1727 EUR)

Бонусы

  • Бонус за эффективность после испытательного срока: 3000 RON нетто ( 609 EUR)
  • Ночные смены: +25%
  • Выходные: +10%
  • Праздничные дни: +100%

Условия трудоустройства (официальная занятость)

  • Официальный бессрочный трудовой договор по Трудовому кодексу Румынии
  • Полностью «белая» заработная плата с уплатой налогов и социальных взносов
  • Оплачиваемый испытательный срок — 3 месяца
  • Стабильная занятость в лицензированной международной компании

Релокация

Кандидаты из Бухареста:

— жильё и релокация не предоставляются

Кандидаты из других городов Румынии:

— разовый релокационный бонус 2850 RON нетто / 4872 RON брутто (с первой зарплатой)

Кандидаты без гражданства Румынии:

  • Полная поддержка визы и разрешения на работу
  • Предоставляется жильё (2-комнатная квартира, совместное проживание)
  • Коммунальные услуги оплачивает компания
  • Авиабилет до Бухареста за счёт компании

Требования

  • Свободный русский язык + английский B2
  • Комфортная работа перед камерой
  • Дисциплина и соблюдение регламентов
  • Готовность к сменному графику
  • Опыт работы с клиентами / презентациями будет плюсом, но не обязателен
