Looking for Czech speaking jobs in Sofia, Bulgaria? We are hiring logistics and delivery advisors to join a multilingual team supporting an international client. In this role you will answer customer questions about deliveries, shipments and order status. Fluency in Czech is essential, and your language skills will be used every day.

Key responsibilities:

  • Answer enquiries about delivered, undelivered and delayed shipments.
  • Check tracking information and explain next steps to customers.
  • Arrange solutions for lost or damaged parcels following procedures.
  • Record each case accurately and update the system.
  • Meet service and resolution targets.

Requirements:

  • Fluent level in Czech.
  • Excellent written and spoken command of the languages listed in this advert.
  • A professional, friendly and patient communication style.
  • Comfort working with computers and several systems at the same time.
  • Reliability, attention to detail and a team-first attitude.
  • Ability to stay calm and focused in fast-paced environments.
