About the Role

We are seeking a Logistics & Delivery Advisor with excellent French and English communication skills to join our international team in Sofia, Bulgaria.

In this role, you will support customers and partners throughout the delivery process, ensuring smooth logistics operations and providing efficient solutions to delivery-related inquiries. You will act as the main point of contact for customers, assisting with shipment tracking, delivery updates, order-related questions, and issue resolution.

This position is ideal for a customer-focused professional who enjoys problem-solving, working with international teams, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional customer support in French and English via phone, email, and/or chat channels.
  • Assist customers with delivery-related inquiries, including shipment status, delays, tracking information, and order updates.
  • Coordinate with logistics teams, carriers, warehouses, and internal departments to resolve delivery issues.
  • Monitor shipments and proactively follow up on pending cases.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions while maintaining a high level of service quality.
  • Update customer information and case details accurately in internal systems.
  • Investigate delivery incidents such as missing parcels, damaged shipments, incorrect deliveries, or delays.
  • Escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments when required.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, service standards, and customer support guidelines.
  • Contribute to improving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Fluent or native-level French language skills (written and spoken).
  • Good command of English (written and spoken).
  • Previous experience in customer service, logistics, supply chain, transportation, or delivery support is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
  • Comfortable working with digital tools, CRM systems, and logistics platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment.
  • Flexibility to work rotational shifts, weekends, or public holidays depending on business needs.
