MISSIONS ET RESPONSABILITÉS :

Assurer la maintenance préventive et curative des engins de travaux publics (TP) sur les sites clients Diagnostiquer les pannes mécaniques, hydrauliques et électriques et effectuer les réparations nécessaires Effectuer les interventions en itinérance sur l'ensemble de la zone géographique rattachée à l'agence Réaliser les contrôles, réglages et mises en service des matériels TP Conseiller et assister techniquement les clients sur l'utilisation et l'entretien des équipements Renseigner les rapports d'intervention et les documents de suivi technique Respecter les règles de sécurité, les procédures qualité et les engagements de service Collaborer avec le Responsable d'Équipe et les équipes nationales (39 équipes, 300 techniciens) Aucune responsabilité managériale dans ce poste

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ :

Titulaire d'un diplôme à dominante mécanique (Bac pro, BTS, DUT ou équivalent) Expérience d'au moins 3 ans chez des professionnels de l'agricole, de l'automobile, des travaux publics (TP), du poids lourd ou de l'hydraulique Titulaire du permis B obligatoire Le candidat doit obligatoirement résider dans le département de rattachement de l'agence Aucune restriction concernant les entreprises précédentes Le client n'accepte pas les candidatures nécessitant des procédures administratives pour un permis de travail / titre de séjour Aucune possibilité de promotion sur ce poste Catégorie professionnelle associée : Superviseur Pas de management

OFFRE :

CDI basé à Antony, France Salaire fixe de 33 000 – 36 000 € bruts annuels sans variable Intégration sur-mesure : accueil personnalisé et formation technique et commerciale rémunérée de 5 semaines (transport, hébergement et restauration pris en charge) Accompagnement du collaborateur tout au long de son parcours professionnel Horaires : 35 heures annualisées Rattachement hiérarchique : Responsable d'Équipe Aucune responsabilité managériale et aucune possibilité de promotion 3 entretiens prévus : 1 entretien RH, 1 entretien en équipe, 1 journée d'immersion Test de connaissances à passer Le client accepte de gérer un préavis sur ce recrutement Le client n'accepte pas les candidatures nécessitant des procédures administratives pour un permis de travail / titre de séjour
