Mission principale :

En tant que médecin chef(fe) de clinique en pathologie, vous jouez un rôle essentiel dans lanalyse diagnostique des échantillons biologiques et tissulaires. Vous contribuez au diagnostic médical, au suivi des patients et à lamélioration continue des processus diagnostiques au sein du service.

Vos responsabilités :

Assurer lanalyse macroscopique et microscopique déchantillons histopathologiques et cytopathologiques.

Participer aux diagnostics complexes en collaboration avec les médecins cadres et les chefs de service.

Contribuer aux réunions interdisciplinaire (tumor boards, colloques cliniques, etc.).

Participer à la formation continue des médecins-assistants et du personnel médical et technique.

Veiller au respect des protocoles de qualité, de sécurité et de traçabilité.

Collaborer aux projets de recherche clinique ou translationnelle, selon les intérêts du service.

Profil recherché :

Diplôme de médecin avec spécialisation en pathologie (FMH ou équivalent reconnu).

Expérience clinique confirmée en pathologie, y compris en histologie et cytologie.

Sens de la précision, rigueur scientifique et capacité danalyse élevée.

Bonnes compétences en communication et en travail déquipe.

Maîtrise du français (oral et écrit), la connaissance dune autre langue nationale ou de langlais est un atout.

Intérêt pour lenseignement et la transmission des connaissances.
