MISSIONS ET RESPONSABILITÉS :

Intégrer l'équipe Expertise Conseil du bureau d'Orléans et intervenir sur des missions d'expertise comptable, de conseil et d'accompagnement auprès de grandes et moyennes entreprises Prendre en charge un portefeuille clients et travailler en lien direct avec l'associée et les sénior managers Organiser les interventions des équipes sur des missions de tenue comptable ou de révision, jusqu'à l'établissement du reporting, du bilan et de la liasse fiscale Encadrer les équipes au quotidien : supervision, formation et gestion des plannings Gérer les missions : suivi du budget, lettres de mission et facturation Participer aux différents projets transverses du métier Intervenir dans l'accompagnement des clients au travers de missions complémentaires à forte valeur ajoutée Développer une écoute active afin de déceler les besoins des clients et contribuer au développement du portefeuille Bénéficier d'un réseau international et des compétences d'un cabinet pluridisciplinaire Assurer des déplacements régionaux dans le cadre des missions

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ :

Expérience en expertise comptable, conseil et accompagnement auprès de grandes et moyennes entreprises Capacité à prendre en charge et développer un portefeuille clients Expérience en organisation et supervision de missions comptables ou de révision Aptitude à encadrer des équipes : supervision, formation et gestion des plannings Maîtrise du suivi budgétaire, des lettres de mission et de la facturation Capacité à participer à des projets transverses Sens du conseil et de l'écoute active pour identifier les besoins clients Goût pour les missions à forte valeur ajoutée Mobilité régionale requise pour les déplacements
