Nous recrutons des Content Moderators Francophones pour rejoindre une équipe internationale chargée de garantir un environnement sûr et positif sur l'une des plus grandes plateformes de médias sociaux au monde.

Votre mission ? Analyser et modérer les contenus publiés par les utilisateurs afin de vous assurer qu'ils respectent les règles de la communauté et les politiques de la plateforme. Votre travail contribuera directement à la sécurité et à l'expérience de millions d'utilisateurs à travers le monde.

Vos principales missions : Examiner et modérer différents types de contenus (vidéos, commentaires, contenus audio, profils utilisateurs, liens, etc.) Identifier les contenus qui enfreignent les règles de la plateforme Appliquer les politiques de modération avec rigueur et cohérence Contribuer à la sécurité et à l'intégrité de la plateforme Travailler au sein d'équipes spécialisées sur différentes catégories de contenus Garantir une expérience utilisateur de qualité

Votre profil : Français courant (C2) Bon niveau d'anglais Excellente capacité d'analyse et sens du détail Capacité à prendre des décisions de manière objective À l'aise dans un environnement dynamique et en constante évolution Résilience émotionnelle et respect des procédures Une première expérience en modération de contenu, support client ou relation client est un plus
