Responsabilités : - Examiner le contenu généré par les utilisateurs pour garantir le respect des directives. - Surveiller les plateformes à la recherche de matériel inapproprié ou nuisible et prendre les mesures nécessaires. - Collaborer avec les équipes pour améliorer les stratégies de modération et garantir un environnement utilisateur sûr. - Disposé à travailler par quarts. - Vous prêtez attention aux détails et avez la passion de maintenir un niveau de travail élevé. - Vous avez la résilience et la persévérance nécessaires pour gérer les tâches quotidiennes de routine de manière efficace et précise. - Vous avez une utilisation active et un intérêt pour les plateformes de vidéos courtes. Qualifications - Vous apprenez vite et êtes un bon communicateur et pouvez parler, lire et écrire couramment en français C2 et en anglais C1. - Une expérience dans un environnement BPO / centre d'appels / service client est un plus. Un travail ordinaire qui peut être à la fois gratifiant et psychologiquement exigeant et émotionnellement éprouvant pour certains.
