Nous recrutons des modérateurs(trices) de contenu pour rejoindre une équipe internationale à Lisbonne, dédiée à la modération de contenu TikTok pour lun des géants mondiaux du digital.

Ce rôle est essentiel pour garantir une plateforme sûre, respectueuse et conforme aux standards communautaires.

Votre mission :

En tant que Modérateur(trice) de Contenu, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le traitement et la vérification de vidéos et publications signalées, en vous assurant quelles respectent les politiques de la plateforme.

Vos principales responsabilités incluent :

  • Examiner et analyser les contenus signalés (vidéos, textes, images)
  • Appliquer les règles et standards de la communauté de manière rigoureuse
  • Signaler tout contenu inapproprié, violent ou non conforme
  • Assurer une qualité de service constante et documenter les cas traités
  • Contribuer à un environnement en ligne sain, sécurisé et positif

Profil recherché :

  • Maîtrise du français (niveau C2) à lécrit et à loral
  • Bon niveau danglais (minimum B2) requis pour la formation et les outils internes
  • Esprit critique, capacité de concentration et rigueur
  • Sensibilité aux contenus numériques et aux enjeux liés à leur modération
  • Résistance émotionnelle et capacité à prendre du recul face à des contenus sensibles
  • Expérience dans le domaine du digital, des réseaux sociaux ou du service client est un plus
