Looking for Portuguese and Brazilian Portuguese speaking jobs in Covilhã, Portugal? We are hiring outbound customer service representatives to join a multilingual team supporting an international client. In this role you will contact customers by phone to inform, follow up and support them with services. Fluency in Portuguese and Brazilian Portuguese is essential, and your language skills will be used every day.

Key responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to customers following approved scripts and guidelines.
  • Explain products and services clearly and answer customer questions.
  • Update customer records accurately after every call.
  • Meet agreed call volume and quality targets.
  • Handle objections professionally and escalate when needed.

Requirements:

  • Fluent level in Portuguese and Brazilian Portuguese.
  • Excellent written and spoken command of the languages listed in this advert.
  • A professional, friendly and patient communication style.
  • Comfort working with computers and several systems at the same time.
  • Reliability, attention to detail and a team-first attitude.
  • Ability to stay calm and focused in fast-paced environments.

Location and working arrangement: This is an on-site position based in Covilhã. Working hours: MON-SUN 10 PM - 7 AM.
