About the Role

We are looking for an Outbound English Sales Advisor to join our sales team on the 28th of September and focus on identifying and engaging potential business clients in the English-speaking market.

As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for reaching out to new potential clients through outbound calls, supporting them throughout the sign-up process, and creating a strong and engaging customer experience.

Please note: You must be eligible to work in Portugal and able to work in Lisbon, that's mandatory.

Your Responsibilities

  • Contact and engage potential new clients through outbound calls.
  • Identify sales opportunities and understand client needs.
  • Guide prospects through the sign-up process.
  • Build strong relationships with potential customers.
  • Use consultative selling techniques to identify the right solutions.
  • Handle objections and overcome sales barriers.
  • Identify business potential through effective questioning and discovery.
  • Present solutions confidently and persuasively.
  • Apply digital marketing and digital media knowledge to the sales process.

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent English communication skills (C2 Level)
  • Cold Calling Experience is mandatory.
  • Strong sales and communication abilities.
  • Experience or knowledge in consultative selling.
  • Excellent questioning and discovery skills.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to identify sales opportunities.
  • Ability to engage and influence decision-makers.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and digital media.
  • Strong pitching and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Strong objection-handling skills.
  • Customer-focused and results-oriented mindset.

Training

You will complete approximately 15 working days of training, with 8 hours per day, conducted in English.

The training includes:

  • Introduction to the role and working environment.
  • Training on relevant computer systems and software.
  • Comprehensive training on products and services.
  • Customer management training across telephone, email and chat channels.
  • On-the-job training and practical application of the training content.

Working Conditions

  • 40 hours per week
  • 8 hours per day, plus a lunch break
  • Schedule details will be provided during the recruitment process.
  • Lisbon, Portugal
  • Portuguese employment contract
  • 1-month probationary period
  • Portuguese public holidays and annual leave according to applicable employment conditions.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: €1227.33 per month
  • Variable productivity bonus of up to €320, depending on monthly performance
  • Private health and dental insurance after contract signature, subject to the required Portuguese tax and social security registrations.

Contract

  • Initial 12-month temporary contract
  • Possibility of a further 12-month extension
  • Permanent contract after 2 years
  • Training compensation according to the conditions provided during the recruitment process.
