Looking for Portuguese and Brazilian Portuguese speaking jobs in Covilhã, Portugal? We are hiring outbound sales representatives to join a multilingual team supporting an international client. In this role you will contact prospective customers by phone and turn interest into sales. Fluency in Portuguese and Brazilian Portuguese is essential, and your language skills will be used every day.

Key responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to qualified prospects and present products clearly.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Track activity and results in the CRM system.
  • Meet agreed sales and activity targets each month.
  • Follow compliance requirements at every stage of the sale.

Requirements:

  • Fluent level in Portuguese and Brazilian Portuguese.
  • Excellent written and spoken command of the languages listed in this advert.
  • A professional, friendly and patient communication style.
  • Comfort working with computers and several systems at the same time.
  • Reliability, attention to detail and a team-first attitude.
  • Ability to stay calm and focused in fast-paced environments.

Location and working arrangement: This is an on-site position based in Covilhã. Working hours: MON-SUN 7 AM - 10 PM.
