Program full-time | Contract permanent | Relocare disponibilă

O companie internațională din domeniul divertismentului digital și live-streaming caută prezentatori vorbitori de limbă rusă pentru desfășurarea sesiunilor live într-un studio profesional din București.

Poziția este potrivită pentru candidați care se simt confortabil în fața camerei, pot comunica cu o audiență online și respectă strict procedurile stabilite pentru desfășurarea sesiunilor live.

Compania Arrise este un furnizor internațional licențiat de soluții de live-interaction și formate de studio, activ în jurisdicții reglementate (UE, Canada etc.). Angajarea se face în conformitate cu legislația muncii din România și cu standardele industriei.

Program de lucru

  • 3 schimburi cu rotație lunară
  • 5 zile lucrătoare / 2 zile libere
  • Sunt posibile ture de noapte, lucru în weekend și în zilele de sărbătoare
  • Sesiuni de lucru de 1,5–2 ore, urmate de pauză de 30 de minute
  • Activitatea se desfășoară în studio, în București

Salariu și suplimente

Salariul de bază

Primele 9 luni (inclusiv perioada de probă de 3 luni):

4124 RON net ( 828 EUR)

7049 RON brut ( 1418 EUR)

După 9 luni:

5022 RON net ( 1008 EUR)

8585 RON brut ( 1727 EUR)

Bonusuri și sporuri

  • Bonus de performanță după perioada de probă: 3000 RON net ( 609 EUR)
  • Ture de noapte: +25%
  • Lucru în weekend: +10%
  • Lucru în zilele de sărbătoare legală: +100%

Condiții de angajare

  • Contract individual de muncă pe perioadă nedeterminată, conform Codului Muncii din România
  • Salariu declarat integral (la alb), cu achitarea tuturor impozitelor și contribuțiilor sociale
  • Perioadă de probă plătită — 3 luni
  • Stabilitate profesională într-o companie internațională licențiată

Relocare

Candidați care locuiesc deja în București:

— relocarea și cazarea nu sunt oferite

Candidați din alte orașe ale României:

— bonus unic de relocare: 2850 RON net / 4872 RON brut (achitat odată cu primul salariu)

Candidați fără cetățenie română:

  • Suport complet pentru viză și permis de muncă
  • Cazare asigurată (apartament cu 2 camere, locuire comună)
  • Utilitățile sunt achitate de companie
  • Biletul de avion spre București este achitat de companie

Cerințe

  • Cunoașterea fluentă a limbii ruse
  • Limba engleză la nivel B2
  • Confort în lucrul în fața camerei
  • Disciplină și respectarea procedurilor interne
  • Disponibilitate pentru lucru în schimburi
  • Experiența în relații cu clienții, prezentări sau formate live constituie un avantaj, dar nu este obligatorie
