About the role We are looking for a Regional Marketing and Sales Director to lead our marketing and sales efforts across Europe and Latin America, based in Riyadh.

What you'll do

  • Develop and execute regional marketing and sales strategies
  • Lead and manage regional sales and marketing teams
  • Drive revenue growth across Europe and LATAM
  • Build relationships with key clients and partners
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity
  • Report on regional performance

What we're looking for Essential

  • 10+ years of marketing and sales leadership experience
  • Experience managing multi-region teams (Europe and LATAM)
  • Background in IT, software or analytics
  • Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
  • Fluent in English; Spanish or Portuguese desirable

Nice to have

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
  • Existing network in Europe and LATAM
