What You´ll Do:

As a Customer Expert, you´ll:

  • Handle inbound calls from customers with technical questions about mobile devices, computers, and online accounts.
  • Follow proven diagnostic procedures to resolve common issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Turn every customer into a happy customer!
  • Share ideas, learn from colleagues, and thrive in a collaborative environment.
  • Enjoy life in beautiful Greece while building your career.

What You Bring:

  • Fluency in Czech (essential) and good level of English (B2)
  • Excellent communication and empathy skills
  • Sales experience in consumer products/services (a plus)
  • Strong technical research and troubleshooting skills
  • Advanced internet research skills
  • Positive, adventurous, and eager-to-learn attitude – ready to soak up knowledge like a sponge
