Your Mission:

As a Customer Support Specialist, youll be the friendly expert our Danish-speaking customers rely on. You will:

  • Engage with customers via phone, email & chat
  • Provide clear, friendly support and product guidance
  • Troubleshoot issues and ensure every customer feels valued
  • Log and track cases with accuracy and care
