As a Content Moderator, you will review user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines, enforce platform policies, and collaborate with your team to uphold quality and safety standards.

Stay ahead of online trends, identify potential risks, and help enhance moderation processes to improve overall user experience.

📝 Key Responsibilities

- Review videos, audio, comments, links, images, titles, and other user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines - Identify and flag policy violations accurately and efficiently - Enforce platform rules and moderation standards - Handle user appeals and provide clear, professional explanations for moderation decisions - Collaborate with your team to ensure consistent and effective moderation processes - Monitor trends and user behavior to proactively detect risks - Provide feedback to improve moderation tools, workflows, and strategies

  • Total Gross Monthly Salary: 1000€ (paid over 14 months)

🕒 Work Schedule

  • Full-time position: 40 hours per week
  • Working days: Monday to Sunday
  • Current shift: 09:00 – 18:00
  • Planned evening shift: 13:00 – 22:00
  • Future possibility: 24/7 operational schedule
  • Days off: 2 rotational days per week

📍 Location & Accommodation

  • Work Model: Onsite in Porto
  • Accommodation Option: Room in a shared apartment (up to 12 months) Rent: 280€ per month All utility bills included Rent deducted directly from payslip
