En tant que Senior Manager Partenariats en Agriculture, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le développement, la gestion et loptimisation des partenariats stratégiques avec les acteurs du secteur agricole (entreprises, coopératives, ONG, gouvernements, institutions de recherche, etc.). Vous contribuerez à renforcer notre impact dans le développement durable de lagriculture, linnovation agrotechnique, et la résilience des chaînes de valeur agricoles.

Missions principales :

Définir et mettre en œuvre une stratégie de partenariats à long terme avec les parties prenantes du secteur agricole.

Identifier, évaluer et initier de nouvelles opportunités de collaboration avec des partenaires nationaux et internationaux.

Coordonner les projets multi-acteurs (privé, public, associatif) en assurant une gouvernance claire et des résultats mesurables.

Suivre les indicateurs de performance et rédiger des rapports dimpact et de suivi pour les bailleurs et les partenaires.

Représenter lorganisation dans les forums, conférences, groupes de travail, et événements stratégiques liés à lagriculture.

Piloter une équipe de responsables partenariats, consultants ou chargés de mission si applicable.

Profil recherché :

Diplôme de niveau Bac+5 (agronomie, développement international, économie rurale, relations internationales, ou équivalent).

Expérience confirmée (minimum 7 ans) dans le développement et la gestion de partenariats agricoles ou de projets de développement rural.

Excellente compréhension des enjeux agricoles (productivité, climat, agroécologie, finance agricole, chaînes de valeur, etc.).

Capacité avérée à négocier et entretenir des relations institutionnelles de haut niveau.

Fortes compétences en gestion de projet, planification stratégique, et reporting.

Parfaite maîtrise du français et bonne maîtrise de l'anglais (oral et écrit) niveau B2 OU C1.

Leadership collaboratif et sens stratégique.

Autonomie, rigueur et proactivité.

Excellentes aptitudes interpersonnelles et diplomatie.

Sensibilité aux enjeux du développement durable et de lagriculture inclusive.
