Vous êtes passionné par le service client et la technologie des appareils d’éclairage intelligent ? Nous recherchons des professionnels francophones talentueux pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique à Lisbonne et aider les clients à optimiser leurs expériences d’éclairage intelligent à domicile !

💼 Ce que vous ferez :

  • Fournir une assistance experte aux clients concernant les appareils d’éclairage intelligent.
  • Aider les clients à résoudre les problèmes techniques liés aux solutions d’éclairage intelligent.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec votre équipe pour garantir un service exceptionnel et une satisfaction client maximale.
  • Suivre les dernières innovations technologiques en matière d’éclairage intelligent afin de mieux soutenir les clients.

  • Maîtrise du français (écrit et parlé) et bonne maîtrise de l’anglais.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et une approche empathique lors des interactions avec les clients.
  • Capacité à résoudre des problèmes et souci du détail.
  • Une passion pour la technologie, en particulier pour les dispositifs intelligents pour la maison.
