Vous êtes passionné par le service client et l'univers des applications de paris ? Nous recherchons des professionnels francophones enthousiastes pour rejoindre notre équipe à Lisbonne et offrir un support de haute qualité aux utilisateurs naviguant dans le monde des paris et jeux en ligne !

💼 Ce que vous ferez :

  • Fournir un support client expert, répondre aux demandes et résoudre les problèmes liés à l'application de paris.
  • Aider les utilisateurs à naviguer dans l’application et résoudre les problèmes techniques ou liés à l’utilisation.
  • Garantir un service d’excellence et offrir des expériences positives aux utilisateurs.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec votre équipe pour rester à l’avant-garde des tendances et offrir des solutions rapides.

  • Maîtrise du français (écrit et parlé) et bonne maîtrise de l’anglais.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et une attitude orientée client.
