Nous recherchons des candidats dynamiques pour rejoindre notre équipe et travailler dans le centre de Porto, en français, dans des installations modernes et confortables.

Description du Poste :

En tant que Conseiller Client, vous aurez l'opportunité d'assister nos clients à travers différents canaux pour répondre à leurs questions sur l'abonnement, la facturation, le dépannage technique et autres sujets. Vous fournirez également un support pour les comptes et les applications, en particulier en ce qui concerne la fonctionnalité logicielle.

Vos missions :

  • Recevoir les appels entrants
  • Accueillir et conseiller les clients
  • Proposer des solutions personnalisées à chaque appel
  • Offrir un service client de qualité et veiller à la satisfaction de vos interlocuteurs

Exigences :

  • Maîtrisez la langue française (natif / bilingue)
  • Avez de l'aisance avec les outils informatiques
  • Avez une excellente capacité de communication et d’argumentation
  • Êtes proactif, dynamique, assidu et avez le sens des responsabilités
  • Êtes déjà en possession d’un permis de travail ou passeport Européen

Aucune expérience dans la relation client n’est nécessaire. Une formation spécialisée et rémunérée dès le premier jour est fournie à tous les nouveaux collaborateurs qui sont également accompagnés jusqu’à leur autonomie afin de garantir la qualité du service client.

Salaire dépassant les 1400 brut mensuel (base 12 mois) qui inclut :

  • Un salaire de base à 930 brut sur 14 mois

  • Un remboursement jusqu'à 40 pour les transports en commun (sous présentation de l’abonnement mensuel)
