Title: Team Leader – Dutch / Flemish (Lisbon)

This position is based in Lisbon, Portugal (local candidates only).

Lead a Dutch- or Flemish-speaking customer service team, coach people to grow and make a real impact on results.

What you'll do

  • Lead, motivate and coach a team of Dutch- or Flemish-speaking agents
  • Track team performance and help everyone hit their targets
  • Support the team with complex cases and escalations
  • Be the link between your team and management

What you need

  • Fluent or native Dutch or Flemish, and fluent English
  • Experience leading a team or coaching others (customer service experience is a plus)
  • Already living in Lisbon, with EU work authorisation
