Inventaire de capacité technique dès le process d'entretien, pour adapter la formation par la suite. Parcours de formation de 2 à 15 jours pour une potentielle mise à niveau. E-learning de 30 minutes sur la sécurité. Accueil sécurité le premier jour (tenue de travail, véhicule). Intégration en binôme les 15 premiers jours. Pas dastreinte avant 4 mois pour prendre en main le poste. Parcours dintégration à la direction régionale, rencontre service QSE, formation risque professionnel, correspondante RH qui explique fonctionnement de paie (astreinte, panier, fiches dheure etc) Formation habilitation electrique si nécessaire
