Title: Travel Advisor – German (Cape Town)

This position is based in Cape Town, South Africa.

Use your German every day to help international travellers plan their trips, from one of the most beautiful coastal cities in the world.

What you'll do

  • Help customers in German and English with travel questions
  • Make, change and manage bookings
  • Find quick, friendly solutions for every traveller

What you need

  • Fluent German and good English
  • Grade 12 / Matric
  • 12 months of international call centre experience OR airline reservations / travel agency experience
  • Flexible for rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday, between 09:00 and 02:00
  • Living in Cape Town, with South African work authorisation
