Verantwortlichkeiten

- Schnelle Beantwortung der Kundenanfragen per E-Mail oder Live-Chat, um eine klare und professionelle Kommunikation zu gewährleisten.

- Umgang mit Kundenbeschwerden mit Empathie und Effizienz, mit dem Ziel, beim ersten Kontakt eine Lösung zu finden.

- Bereitstellung von Informationen über Produkte und Dienstleistungen für die Kunden, um ihnen bei informierten Kaufentscheidungen zu helfen.

- Bearbeitung von Bestellungen, Formularen, Anträgen und Anfragen präzise und zügig.

- Durchführung von Upselling und Cross-Selling von Produkten oder Dienstleistungen an bestehende und potenzielle Kunden, um die Verkaufsziele zu erreichen.

- Detaillierte Aufzeichnungen über Kundeninteraktionen, Transaktionen, Kommentare und Beschwerden für zukünftige Referenz und Analyse führen.

Anforderungen

- Muttersprache oder C2-Niveau in Deutsch

- Fließendes Englisch

- Erfahrung im Kundenservice bevorzugt, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich

- Fähigkeit, Kundenanliegen zu lösen und ein reibungsloses Kundenerlebnis zu schaffen.

- Soft Skills, fortgeschrittene aktive Zuhörfähigkeiten und Engagement.

- Selbstbewusst, anpassungsfähig und empathisch.

- Angenehme und positive Einstellung.
