Wij zijn momenteel op zoek naar een Nederlandstalige Google Ads Onboarding Account Manager in Barcelona — een rol waarin je werkt met een van de krachtigste digitale marketingplatformen ter wereld en bedrijven helpt groeien met effectieve advertentiecampagnes.

Jouw rol:

  • Optreden als trusted advisor voor nieuwe klanten en hen begeleiden tijdens het onboardingproces
  • Ontwerpen en lanceren van high-performing Google Ads (PPC) campagnes
  • Klantdoelstellingen begrijpen en vertalen naar effectieve marketingstrategieën
  • Langdurige klantrelaties opbouwen en klanttevredenheid en retentie verhogen
  • Upsell-mogelijkheden identificeren en omzetgroei stimuleren
  • Dagelijks een hoog volume aan outbound calls en klantinteracties beheren
  • CRM-gegevens nauwkeurig bijhouden en campagnes continu optimaliseren

Wij zoeken iemand die:

  • Nederlands en Engels spreekt op C2-niveau
  • Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring heeft in digital marketing, sales of klantgerichte rollen
  • Zelfverzekerd is in klantcommunicatie en complexe onderwerpen duidelijk kan uitleggen
  • Sterk analytisch is en data kan interpreteren om resultaten te verbeteren
  • Proactief, doelgericht en comfortabel is in een dynamische werkomgeving
  • Interesse heeft in technologie, online advertising en markttrends
  • Bij voorkeur ervaring heeft met CRM-tools en AI-gedreven workflows
