Join as a Remote Support Specialist - Danish Market

Are you detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about customer service? Were hiring ARC Support Specialists to support one of the worlds leading e-commerce platforms all from the comfort of your home in Portugal!

What Youll Do:

️ Support customers through the full order journey: payments, deliveries, returns & refunds

️ Handle sensitive data in line with PCI and GDPR standards

️ Communicate with carriers, financial institutions & internal teams

️ Use your problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues
