BASIC PURPOSE: The Junior Account Manager will have responsibility for daily management of account(s) operations to ensure efficient position management and excellent customer service is provided. He/she will ensure maximum productivity of all their facilities whilst maintaining optimal rapport with all client contacts, at the health care organization and approved vendor partners. The Junior Account Manager will be responsible for daily management of travel assignments for Nursing and Allied and responsible for daily management of relationship and staffing services to our clients. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: · Act as liaison between recruiters, internal team members, facilities and approved vendors. · Assist in follow-up on candidate presentations as directed by Account Manager. · Work with Account Manager and MSP associate teams to ensure timely and accurate updates of position and facility information. · Assist Account Manager with Order Intake. · Enter Orders into internal and external tools utilizing Position Note templates, Include specific information as directed by Account Manager via client requests · Audit Open Positions for accuracy. · Distribute open positions as necessary to appropriate vendor partners for MSP facilities, as directed by Account Manager · Review all CCN and Subcontractor candidate applications thoroughly to assure quality and compliance with internal or contract standards; maintain Service Level Agreement standards. · Ensure that position management practices produce accurate performance metrics data (fill rates, time to fill, renewal rates).. · Communicate outcomes of submission status to Account Manager. · Assist with daily contact with all facilities following-up on all pending submissions, extensions, upgrades, P1’s and performance. · Document and communicate applicant’s placement or declination and assignment specific information in a timely manner to all parties. · Prepare and provide Assignment Confirmations for Account Manager.
Communicates and escalates all facility and MSP concerns and provides recommendations. Possess knowledge of all Healthcare Staffing Industry and Managed Service programs (benefits and features) as well as operational processes for travel and per diem services. Collaborates with Compliance Coordinator(s) to ensure 100% credential compliance of all HCPs assigned to facilities, including subcontractors. Communicates and participate in regularly meetings with Account Managers and Leadership to help plan and develop strategies for effective position management and excellent customer service.

Provide appropriate team coverage (i.e., backup) when necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS: · Prefer knowledge of the healthcare staffing industry and a proven track record of working with multi-disciplinary teams to provide exceptional customer service. · Sales acumen and negotiation skills required. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred or any equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
