  • Maintain strong partner relationships, resolve concerns, and establish regular business reviews and operational touchpoints.

Contract Delivery and Compliance:

  • Coordinate CrossFit obligations with EDU Operations, Analytics, Product, Content, Marketing, Finance, and Legal.
  • Track partner commitments, including course schedule changes, reporting, participant feedback, promotional obligations, and payments.
  • Escalate unmet obligations and coordinate corrective action or exit when needed.

Standards and Participant Feedback:

  • Implement participant surveys for partner courses; monitor and report NPS, feedback trends, and corrective action plans.
  • Periodically review partner websites and platforms for appropriate use of CrossFit names, marks, and standards.
  • Refer content quality concerns to the EDU Content Manager for review and resolution.

Program Performance and Reporting:

  • Track registrations, revenue, course volume, renewals, and overall partnership performance with EDU Finance and Analytics.
  • Identify performance gaps, recommend improvements, and maintain centralized records of agreements, obligations, contacts, metrics, and renewal dates.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Strong contract negotiation, commercial judgment, and partner relationship management skills.
  • Ability to translate agreement terms into clear obligations, milestones, and performance measures.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, issue resolution, and negotiation skills.
  • Comfort analyzing partner economics, registrations, revenue, renewals, and participant satisfaction data.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple partners and deadlines.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority and manage sensitive partner issues professionally.
  • Working knowledge of partner operations, trademark/brand compliance, and contract lifecycle processes.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, account management, vendor management, or contract administration.
  • Demonstrated experience negotiating agreements and managing external partner relationships from onboarding through renewal.
  • Experience tracking contractual obligations, program performance, and partner satisfaction.
  • Experience in education, professional learning, certification, licensing, or a related partner-delivered program environment preferred.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
