Die cross-ING Group AG übernimmt unter anderem in den Bereichen Marketing, Verkauf und Human Resources administrative Aufgaben.

Für unseren Standort in Basel suchen wir eine/n Partner:in / Standortleiter:in zum Aufbau eines starken Teams und zur erfolgreichen Entwicklung des Standorts

Deine Zuständigkeiten

  • Ausweitung / Weiterentwicklung einer erfolgreichen regionalen Einheit mit dem Dienstleistungsangebot der cross-ING AG
  • Nach spätestens drei erfolgreichen Jahren erhältst du bis zu 80 Prozent des Unternehmens und führst dein regionales Ingenieurbüro im cross-ING-Partnersystem
  • Dienstleistungen wie Buchhaltung, Marketing, Rekrutierung und Verwaltung stehen dir von unserer Zentrale aus zur Verfügung. So kannst du dich vollkommen auf deine Kundschaft sowie auf die Entwicklung und das Management deines Teams konzentrieren.

  • Kundenakquise und -betreuung
  • Angebotslegung
  • Teambildung und -führung
  • Projektmanagement
  • Berichterstattung
  • Mitentwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategien

Deine Qualifikationen

  • Mind. Ingenieur BSc
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
  • Gute Kontakte in der lokalen Industrie
  • Entschlossenheit zum Erfolg
  • Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Umfassendes technisches Verständnis
  • Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
