Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir per sofort eine:n Senior Systems Engineer (MBSE & Systemintegration)

Deine Zuständigkeiten

  • Entwurf und Umsetzung von Systemarchitekturen unter Einsatz von MBSE (z. B. SysML/UML)
  • Modellbasierte Systementwicklung und Verknüpfung zwischen Modell, Code und Hardware
  • Integration und Koordination von Hardware-, Software- und Kommunikationskomponenten
  • Anwendung und Einhaltung von Entwicklungsprozessen (z. B. V-Modell, agiler Vorgehensweise)
  • Requirements Engineering und Nachverfolgbarkeit (Traceability) über den gesamten Lebenszyklus
  • Testplanung, Validierung & Verifikation (Labortests, automatisierte Tests, Feldtests)
  • Coaching und Wissenstransfer

Deine Qualifikationen

  • Hochschulabschluss (ETH / Universität / Fachhochschule) in Elektrotechnik, Informatik, Mechatronik oder einem verwandten Bereich
  • Mindestens 5–8 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Systemengineering, idealerweise mit MBSE
  • Tiefes Verständnis von Modellierungssprache und -methoden (SysML, UML, Model-Based Design)
  • Kenntnisse in Testmethoden, Validierung, Verifikation, Testautomatisierung
  • Fundiertes Verständnis von Entwicklungsprozessen (agil, V-Modell, klassische Verfahren)
  • Erfahrung mit Qualitätsnormen und regulatorischen Anforderungen
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und analytische Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse, sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich
