Service Advisor Position at 2Mazda – Loveland, Colorado

2Mazda in Loveland, Colorado, is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our thriving service department. As part of our growing dealership group, you’ll have ample opportunities to advance your career while working with a supportive team dedicated to excellence.

Job Description:

  • Welcome customers and evaluate their vehicle service needs with professionalism
  • Clearly communicate repair and maintenance options to ensure customer confidence
  • Collaborate with technicians to schedule and complete services efficiently
  • Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction and foster long-term relationships
  • Maintain accurate records of service orders, invoices, and customer interactions
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment in a busy, growing dealership
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive setting
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on building customer trust
  • Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
  • Professional demeanor and commitment to high-quality service

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary: $70,000–$120,000 annually, including performance-based bonuses
