Hier bringst du dich ein

Als (Senior) Manager / Wirtschaftsprüfer (m/w/d) in unserer Grundsatzabteilung gestaltest du die Weiterentwicklung unseres Prüfungsansatzes aktiv mit. Dabei bringst du deine fachliche Expertise ein, beobachtest aktuelle Entwicklungen in der Rechnungslegung und Wirtschaftsprüfung und sorgst dafür, dass neue Anforderungen praxisnah in unserer Prüfungsarbeit umgesetzt werden.

  • Analyse: Du analysierst fachgerecht neue gesetzliche und berufsständische Anforderungen sowie Entwicklungen in den Prüfungsstandards und überführst diese in unsere Prüfungsprozesse.
  • Ausbau: Bei der Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung interner Policies und Leitlinien (Guidance) zählen wir auf deine Expertise.
  • Prüfungsmethodik: Du entwickelst Prüfungsansätze, Vorlagen und Arbeitspapiere weiter und stellst deren Aktualität und Praxistauglichkeit sicher.
  • Wissensvermittlung: Du bereitest fachliche Themen verständlich auf und konzipierst und führst fachliche Schulungen durch.

Das schätzen wir an dir besonders

  • Wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Wirtschaftsprüfung, Rechnungswesen, Accounting, Controlling oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes WP-Examen
  • Spaß an wissenschaftlicher Arbeit
  • Arbeitsweise ist geprägt von Selbstständigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und einem hohen Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen IT-Anwendungen sowie sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (Deutsch und Englisch)
