Hoe ziet jouw dag bij Crown eruit?

Als Finance Administrator maak je deel uit van een klein en hecht finance team, bestaande uit de Finance Manager en twee collega's. Je zorgt mee voor een vlotte dagelijkse werking van de afdeling en bent een belangrijke schakel in onze financiële administratie.

Een greep uit jouw takenpakket:

  • Opvolging van de verschillende finance-mailboxen;
  • Dagelijkse verwerking van recurrente aankoopfacturen;
  • · Debiteuren: monitoren van de debiteurenpositie, opvolgen van het aanmaningsproces voor zowel Nederlandstalige als Franstalige klanten en proactief contacteren van klanten mbt openstaande facturen;
  • Crediteuren: beheer van leveranciersgegevens, waaronder het aanmaken van nieuwe en heractivering van bestaande leveranciers conform de geldende policy;
  • Ondersteuning van de Finance Manager en het finance team bij ad hoc taken.

Wie zoeken wij?

Jij bent een nauwkeurige en administratief sterke collega die graag initiatief neemt en verantwoordelijkheid opneemt.We zijn op zoek naar een deeltijdse collega ( 20u tot 28u per week).

Daarnaast:

  • Communiceer je vlot en professioneel, zowel via e-mail als telefonisch;
  • Spreek je perfect Nederlands en beschik je over een goede kennis Frans voor dagelijks contact met onze klanten en leveranciers. Kennis Engels is meegenomen;
  • Heb je ervaring met ERP-systemen en werk je vlot in computersystemen;
  • Ben je gekend met de gebruikelijke MS Office-tools;
  • Ben je een teamplayer die op een zelfstandige en gestructureerde manier zorgt voor een goede opvolging en die de gekende deadlines respecteert.
