Responsabilidades

Asegurar el óptimo funcionamiento de los equipos productivos de Equipo de apoyo y servicios periféricos, manteniéndolos actualizados buscando mejorar los procesos para satisfacer las necesidades actuales y futuras de nuestros clientes a un costo competitivo con base a los indicadores de seguridad, calidad y costo de mantenimiento para asegurar la continuidad del proceso productivo.

Requerimientos

Ingeniería terminada en Química, Petroquímica, Mecánica, Industrial, Eléctrica o carrera a fin.

•Sentido de responsabilidad

•Agrado por el área de producción y manufactura.

•5 Años de Conocimiento en Mantenimiento, Manufactura, Servicio de Técnico en plantas con procesos de manufactura en el área de Procesos Químicos.

Lead and optimize chemical processes within Fabricas Monterrey, S.A. de C.V. to ensure efficient production, product quality, and adherence to safety and environmental standards.

Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chemical Process Lead to optimize and manage chemical processes within our manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and product quality.

Job Responsibilities**

* Lead and supervise a team of chemical process technicians and engineers, providing guidance and mentorship. * Design, develop, and implement new chemical processes and optimize existing ones to improve yield, reduce costs, and enhance product quality. * Conduct process troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions for process deviations and failures. * Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies. * Develop and maintain process documentation, including P&IDs, operating procedures, and material balances. * Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality control teams to facilitate smooth process transitions and product launches. * Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives for process optimization and waste reduction. * Manage process-related projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring of timelines and budgets. * Perform risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for chemical processes. * Train and develop process personnel on new technologies, procedures, and safety protocols.

Job Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field. Master's degree preferred. * Minimum of 7 years of experience in chemical process engineering or a related role within a manufacturing environment. * Proven experience in leading and managing a team of engineers or technicians. * Strong understanding of chemical unit operations, process control, and process safety principles. * Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, PRO/II) is a plus. * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. * Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities. * Demonstrated ability to manage projects and meet deadlines. * Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO, OSHA, environmental regulations). * Fluency in Spanish and English is highly desirable.
