The posting

Better begins here

Crown Resorts is a great place to visit and it’s an even better place to work, a place where you can play your part in creating fun, memorable, world-class experiences for our guests and our people. We value passion, optimism, and an appetite for change - for the better. Here, you’ll be part of the team, empowered to explore more, experience more and supported by your leader to grow and develop.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Risk & Compliance Incident & Reporting Manager to lead Second Line oversight of incidents and deliver high-quality risk and compliance reporting across Crown Melbourne. Reporting to the Head of Risk, you’ll ensure incidents are properly captured, investigated, escalated and remediated, and turn incident and risk data into clear, actionable insights for Executive, Board Committees and Regulators. You’ll also be a trusted risk advisor to the business, helping uplift risk culture and support the Risk Champion Network.

What You'll Do

  • Provide Second Line oversight and challenge of First Line-managed incidents, issues and investigations in line with the Incident, Breach and Issue Management Policy
  • Triage and classify incidents, lead root cause analysis (RCA) for high-rated incidents and run post-incident reviews to drive control improvements
  • Produce regular reporting for the Executive Risk & Compliance Committee, Risk, Compliance & PlaySafe Committees and senior management forums
  • Design and maintain Power BI dashboards, scorecards, metrics and key risk indicators (KRIs), drawing on multiple data sources across the business
  • Lead thematic and trend analysis to identify systemic risks, recurring issues and emerging risk themes, and oversee risk appetite metrics across business units
  • Partner with business units as a trusted risk advisor, supporting the Risk Champion Network and driving risk culture uplift

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years’ experience in incident management, risk, compliance, gaming or internal/external audit within an ASX-listed or large, regulated organisation
  • Proven experience overseeing incident and breach management, including root cause analysis and remediation planning
  • Strong Power BI skills, with experience building dashboards and analysing data to identify trends and generate insights
  • Experience preparing clear, insightful risk and compliance reporting for Executive, Board Committee and Regulator audiences
  • Strong analytical, influencing and communication skills, with the confidence to challenge and guide stakeholders at all levels
  • Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Commerce or Law (desirable), casino or gaming industry experience (highly regarded), and the ability to obtain a VGCCC Casino Special Employee Licence

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
