Neulich im Teammeeting: Joachim: „Wir merken in den Kundengesprächen immer öfter: Es reicht nicht mehr, nur die Technik zu beherrschen. Wir brauchen jemanden, der unsere Kunden strategisch bei der Cloud-Transformation begleitet.“ Linda: „Ich habe das Anforderungsprofil geschärft. Wir suchen einen OpenShift Consultant (w/m/d).“ Markus: „Wichtig ist, dass es hier nicht um das reine Abarbeiten von Tickets geht. Wir suchen jemanden, der das Große Ganze im Blick behält – von der ersten Idee bis zur fertigen Plattform-Strategie.“ Peter: „Exakt. Man muss zwar wissen, wie produktionsreife Kubernetes-Umgebungen, egal ob OpenShift, EKS oder Azure, technisch funktionieren, aber der Fokus liegt darauf, unsere KundInnen zu beraten, welche Architektur für das Business Sinn ergibt.“ Berni: „Das ist genau unser BizTech-Ansatz. Wir wollen Technik nicht als Selbstzweck verkaufen. Ein Consultant bei uns muss verstehen, wie Governance, Compliance und Sicherheit in regulierten Umgebungen als Business-Enabler wirken.“ Markus: „Dazu gehört auch eine starke Rolle im PreSales. Du entwickelst technische Konzepte, hältst Demos und überzeugst potenzielle Kunden mit Proof of Concepts, die Hand und Fuß haben.“ Peter: „Man ist also die Brücke zwischen den Anforderungen des Kunden und unseren Engineering-Teams. Man muss Komplexität strukturieren können, auch wenn die Situation am Anfang oft noch unklar ist.“ Bernie: "Technisch unterstützen wir natürlich weiterhin, aber eben eher auf dem Level von Architektur-Reviews, Standards und GitOps-Strukturen. Man sollte also schon wissen, wie man eine Pipeline baut, aber man muss vor allem erklären können, warum man sie so baut." Joachim: „Das setzt natürlich Erfahrung voraus, besonders im Umgang mit Enterprise-Plattformen wie OpenShift. Aber am Ende zählt für uns das systemische Denken mehr als jedes Zertifikat. Und da wir viele Projekte im Bereich der öffentlichen Hand und in hochsensiblen Sektoren haben, ist die EU-Staatsangehörigkeit für die Einstellung zwingend notwendig.“ Linda: „Und wie sieht der Rahmen aus? Da die Rolle viel Beratung und Verantwortung beinhaltet, liegt das Gehalt hier bei 70–100k€, je nach Seniorität. Dazu kommen unsere Benefits wie die betriebliche Altersvorsorge (bAV), der Kindergartenzuschuss und flexible Arbeitszeitmodelle.“ Annabelle: „Unsere KollegInnen in Zagreb freuen sich schon auf regelmäßigen Austausch, deswegen sind sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse auf C1-Level wichtig. Kroatisch ist ein Bonus, aber kein Muss.“ Peter: „Der Prozess ist wie immer entspannt: Ein Gespräch mit Joachim und mir, dann das Team-Kennenlernen inklusive einer Case Study. Da geht es nicht um eine Prüfung, sondern um gemeinsames Problemlösen auf Augenhöhe. Wenn es passt, folgt das Treffen mit den KollegInnen in Zagreb, um den CROZ-Spirit zu spüren.“ Joachim: „Wir suchen jemanden, der Lust hat, die CROZ DACH aktiv mitzugestalten und als Beraterpersönlichkeit beim Kunden den Unterschied zu machen.“ Linda: „Ich bin gespannt, wer mit uns die Brücke zwischen Business und Technologie schlagen will!“
