Als ploegchef sta je in voor het coördineren en leiden van de activiteiten van de reinigers in de nachtploeg.

Dankzij jou werkt iedereen in de nachtdienst efficiënt, is onze productie steeds volledig én volgens de juiste kwaliteitsnormen gereinigd en kunnen onze collega’s van de vroege ploeg op een vlotte manier hun werk opstarten.

Hoe ziet jouw werkdag als chef van de nachtdienst eruit:

  • Je stuurt het team in de reinigingsploeg aan om een vlotte werking te garanderen (+- 10 MWers)
  • De reinigers staan in voor zowel de reiniging van alle productielijnen, als de productieruimte zelf.
  • Je geeft opleidingen waar nodig, je coacht de medewerkers en staat mee in voor de evaluaties van jouw team.
  • Je werkt volgens de hygiëne-, veiligheidsregels en productievereisten.

Naast het hebben van een passie voor koekjes, verwachten we deze zaken van jou:

  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar relevante ervaring in het leiden van een team.
  • Je bent een echte motivator, sterk probleemoplossend vermogen & bent besluitvaardigheid
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en kan vlot overweg met machines
  • Een goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en bent stressbestendig
  • Bereid om in de nacht te werken o Ma - Do: 20u00 - 04u00 o Vrij: 19u00 - 3u30 - je bent flexibel om langer te blijven wanneer nodig.
