ABOUT THE ROLE

Our team is composed of individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy the challenge of developing their communication skills, support and celebrate other team members, and have a propensity for being bold and taking action😄 As a BDR, you will be responsible for driving awareness of Crunchtime’s products with leaders who work at well-known Restaurant chains. We will teach you the latest sales techniques to engage and build relationships with executives across different brands. Key responsibilities include consulting with restaurant leaders to help them identify problems in their business, generating interest in our products that can help restaurant leaders solve the identified problems, attending industry events, qualifying inbound and outbound leads, and setting meetings for Account Executives via cold calling and cold emailing. We are looking for individuals who are beginning their sales career and want to join a team that has promotion potential.

What you’ll do as a BDR

  • Drive Regional Expansion: Partner closely with Account Executives to build strategic pipeline and expand Crunchtime’s market presence across designated EMEA and GCC territories by embodying our core value to Succeed Together. Must be fluent in both written and spoken Arabic, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders across Arabic-speaking markets.
  • Proactive Prospecting: Conduct targeted outbound outreach and follow up on inbound leads through phone, tailored email campaigns, and LinkedIn social selling to secure qualified discovery meetings.
  • Consultative Discovery: Consult with executive restaurant leaders to uncover operational friction points and demonstrate how Crunchtime solutions address their specific business objectives.
  • Leverage Modern Sales Tech: Utilize sales platforms like Gong Engage, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to manage territory workflows, refine messaging, and optimize engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate for Success: Work cross-functionally across teams to Extend a Hand, sharing best practices and refining regional campaigns to maximize response rates.
  • Deliver Measurable Outcomes: Consistently achieve monthly targets for qualified meetings and quarterly goals for opportunity creation within your assigned global regions.

Plus Factor

  • Experience using modern sales tools such as Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or ZoomInfo.
  • Background or experience in restaurant operations or commercial software sales.

Financial & Future Planning

  • End of Service Gratuity: Accrued and paid in accordance with UAE Labour Law upon completion of your employment contract.
  • L&D Stipend: 5500 AED annual professional development budget.

  • Parental Leave: We offer an enhanced parental leave package of 10 weeks fully paid for employees with at least six months of service, proudly exceeding UAE statutory minimums. From Day One, all employees are entitled to statutory leave and pay in accordance with UAE government requirements.
  • Time Off: Under UAE Labour Law, you are entitled to your statutory annual leave (accruing 2 days per month within your first 6-12 months of employment with Crunchtime, and 30 calendar days annually thereafter) alongside all official public holidays. On top of this, Crunchtime also offers a flexible time off policy, allowing employees to take additional time as needed.
