Voor onze vestiging in Mortsel zijn wij op zoek naar een Teamleader / Carrossier.

Wat houdt jouw functie in?

Je zal ingezet worden als meewerkende carrossier in één of meerdere afdelingen in de atelier (vb. spuitcabine, (de)montage afdeling, plaatwerk) afh. van uw kennis en ervaring

Als een echte modern craftsman, maak je wagens klaar voor herstelling of de volgende bewerking. Je doet dit samen met jouw team dewelke je als een sterke teamleader aanstuurt, ondersteunt en begeleidt. Je lost technische problemen op, je bewaakt de kwaliteit van het afgeleverd werk, etc.

Samen met de workshop Manager zorg je eveneens voor een vlotte doorstroming van de wagens. Hierbij coördineer je mee de dagelijkse werkplanning en/of stuur je bij waar nodig. Er is ook frequent afstemming met de dossier- en schadebeheerders. Je bestelt ook zelf de nodige carrosserieonderdelen en verwerkt de nodige administratie in onze systemen.

Je rapporteert in deze functie aan de Workshop Manager.

  • Je hebt minimum 5 jaar ervaring als carrossier en bezit leidinggevende skills.
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands
  • Je kan goed zelfstandig werken en functioneert ook uitstekend in team.
  • Je hebt uitstekende organisatorische en leidinggevende skills
  • Je neemt graag initiatief met je analytische geest voor het verbeteren, het efficiënter maken van processen
  • Je heb oog voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en het milieu.
