Pour nos activités Bioservices et Pharmaceutiques, nous recrutons un Assistant Logistique en CDI sur le site de Louvres. Contrat 35h - rémunération selon profil.

Ce poste contient une responsabilité et des missions liés à de l'astreinte qui peuvent demander une intervention sous 45min/1h sur site.

Responsabilités et missions:

  • Participe aux opérations de réception, mise en stock, contrôle, enregistrement, réexpédition ou destruction des produits clients, dans le respect : De la chaîne du froid. Des règles internes applicables. Des engagements contractuels clients.
  • Participe à la conception des kits (de prélèvement ou d’administration).
  • Participe aux opérations de production, contrôle de kits.
  • Participe aux opérations de réception, de contrôle, de mise en stock et d’expédition de matériels vers les tiers.
  • Selon les habilitations, participe aux opérations de conditionnement secondaire de médicaments.
  • Est acteur de l’amélioration continue et du maintien du niveau de Qualité de l’entreprise.
  • Participe à l’entretien des équipements et des espaces de travail individuels et partagés.
  • Cross training avec le département logistique :

- Préparation de commandes clients avec la mise à disposition de containers cryogéniques

- Chargement des containers en Azote Liquide et requalification des équipements

- Réception des retours de containers

- Nettoyage et remise en conditionnement des équipements

Compétences requises:

  • Communication claire, bienveillante et transparente.
  • Rigueur / Sens du détail.
  • Sens des responsabilités
  • Esprit d’équipe
  • Aisance informatique : Outlook, Excel, Word.
  • Priorisation

Diplôme et/ou expérience:

  • Niveau BAC requis.
  • Expériences en industrie agroalimentaire ou pharmaceutique ou cosmétique, ou en laboratoire sont des plus.

Communication et langues:

  • Maitrise du Français écrit et oral.
  • Aisance à l’écrit et à l'oral en Anglais.
