Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités Biologistics et BioServices à Louvres, nous recherchons un(e) Spécialiste Assurance Qualité & Pharmacien Délégué Intérimaire en CDI.

Rattaché(e) à l'équipe Qualité du site, vous contribuez à la mise en œuvre, au maintien et à l'amélioration continue de notre système de management de la qualité. Vous veillez au respect des exigences réglementaires applicables aux activités pharmaceutiques et jouez un rôle essentiel dans le support qualité de nos opérations biologistiques.

Ce poste constitue une excellente opportunité pour un pharmacien souhaitant développer son expertise dans un environnement innovant, à forte dimension internationale.

Vos principales responsabilités

Assurance Qualité

  • Participer au déploiement et au maintien du système de management de la qualité (QMS) du site.
  • Veiller à l'application des procédures qualité et garantir leur mise à jour régulière.
  • Contribuer aux projets d'amélioration continue du système qualité.
  • Participer activement au développement et à l'évolution des processus qualité.
  • S'assurer de la conformité des activités aux exigences réglementaires et aux standards internes.

Support aux opérations biologistiques

  • Réaliser les contrôles qualité et vérifications de conformité des commandes clients avant expédition.
  • Identifier, investiguer et suivre les non-conformités et déviations qualité.
  • Participer à l'évaluation et à la qualification des nouveaux équipements.
  • Accompagner les équipes opérationnelles dans l'application des exigences qualité et réglementaires.
  • Contribuer à la sécurisation des flux de produits biologiques et pharmaceutiques.

Profil recherché

Formation et expérience:

  • Diplôme de Pharmacien avec autorisation d'exercice en France.
  • Éligibilité à l'exercice des fonctions de Pharmacien Délégué Intérimaire.
  • Inscription ou éligibilité à l'inscription auprès de l'Ordre National des Pharmaciens.
  • Expérience répondant à l'un des critères suivants : Minimum 2 ans d'expérience dans l'industrie pharmaceutique, la logistique pharmaceutique ou un environnement biologistique, Ou minimum 6 mois d'expérience en contrôle qualité dans un environnement pharmaceutique ou biologistique.
  • Une expérience au sein d'une CDMO constituerait un atout.

Connaissances techniques:

  • Bonne connaissance des référentiels qualité pharmaceutiques et des Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication (BPF/GMP).
  • Connaissance des Bonnes Pratiques de Distribution (BPD/GDP).
  • Expérience dans l'un des domaines suivants : Biobanques et ressources biologiques, Production pharmaceutique, Logistique pharmaceutique, Biologistics, Thérapies cellulaires et géniques, Médicaments de thérapie innovante (MTI / ATMP), Vaccins, Lots cliniques, Produits injectables stériles, Culture cellulaire mammalienne, Immunothérapie, Procédés pharmaceutiques aseptiques.
  • Maîtrise des outils Microsoft Office et aisance dans les environnements de travail digitalisés.
  • Une connaissance des exigences de la norme ISO 9001 serait appréciée.

Langues:

  • Français et anglais courants, à l'écrit comme à l'oral.
  • Capacité à communiquer efficacement dans un environnement international.

  • Bonnes compétences relationnelles et aptitudes à travailler en équipe.
