We’re a fourth-generation family business pushing Kubota, Mahindra, CFMOTO, STIHL, Takeuchi, Gravely, and Land Pride. You bring the personality and work ethic — we’ll give you the product knowledge and a real shot at stacking paper.

  • Have customer-service skills (sales experience is nice, not required)

  • Communicate clearly in person, on the phone, and in writing
  • Look presentable (jeans are fine, just not the ones with holes that show your entire knee)
  • Have a clean driving record and valid license
  • Don’t mind a background check and drug screen

The day-to-day

  • Absorb product training until you can talk tractor specs in your sleep
  • Help customers figure out what they actually need (not just what they think they want)
  • Set goals, own your numbers, and chase them
  • Handle quotes, follow-ups, credit apps, and the necessary paperwork
  • Support online buyers through our eSales side
  • Stay in touch with past and future customers so the deals keep coming
