Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Location: Cleveland, Ga Assignment Number: 124 Schedule: MonWedFri 8:00am- 5:00pm, Rotating weekends SatSun 8:00am- 5:00pm Pay: $40/hr per hour Job Type: Full time Benefits: Health insurance + additional benefits

CSA Homecare is seeking compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one care for a high-acuity veteran in the Lithionia area. This is a long-term care position supporting a IDD client who requires Total personal care, and dedicated clinical attention.

We are hiring and looking for LPNs available to work 30+ hours/week.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct nursing care for a high-acuity veteran in a homecare setting
  • Hoyer Lift
  • Perform total personal care and maintenance
  • Document care provided and communicate with the care team
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times

Requirements:

  • Valid LPN license in the state of Georgia
  • Experience working with IDD clients
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a care team
  • Must be compassionate, detail-oriented, and professional
