Associate Trainer - Digital Brand Services, Global Readiness Team

Wilmington, DE

Hybrid Work Model

Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Overview

The Digital Brand Services (DBS) Global Readiness Team is currently seeking an Associate Trainer for our Service area. We are looking for an individual with a passion for teaching others, and someone who can thrive in our fast-paced environment. This individual’s primary responsibilities will include creation, delivery and maintenance of our Service Training programs.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities

  • Maintain expert-level knowledge in Service processes
  • Full accountability and maintenance of the Service training programs
  • Facilitate Service training to both new and existing team members
  • Track and report upon training results at both the course and individual levels
  • Create, deliver and evaluate new curriculum, as well as maintain existing curriculum
  • Work closely with Quality and Leadership groups to evaluate training efficacy and identify future training opportunities

Required Qualifications and/or Experience:

  • Ability to facilitate live training sessions both virtually and in-person
  • Capability to translate complex processes or information into actionable and understandable concepts at varying levels of the business
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables and VLOOKUP functionality)

  • Strong communication skills with the capability to command a room – virtual or in person
  • Capable of creating an environment conducive to learning where individuals can learn and fail safely
  • Innovator, looking for opportunities to improve training program and processes

  • Documentation creation/management
  • Experience coaching and/or delivering performance feedback
