Chemielaborant:in - Qualitätskontrolle (100%) (m/w/d)

In dieser Funktion führst du chemische Analysen von Rohstoffen, Wirkstoffen und Fertigprodukten durch und leistest damit einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Sicherstellung unserer hohen Qualitätsstandards. Dein Schwerpunkt liegt auf nasschemischen Prüfungen und instrumenteller Analytik. Dabei arbeitest du in einem GMP-regulierten Laborumfeld mit modernen Analysegeräten und trägst gemeinsam mit deinem Team wesentlich zur Qualität und Sicherheit unserer Produkte bei.

Kompetenzen und Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Durchführung und Auswertung von Analysen an Rohstoffen, Wirkstoffen und Fertigprodukten im Rahmen der Qualitätskontrolle.
  • Durchführung nasschemischer Analysen sowie einfacher instrumenteller Analytik, unter anderem Dichtemessung, Dünnschichtchromatographie (DC), NIR und UV/Vis.
  • GMP-konforme, vollständige und nachvollziehbare Dokumentation der durchgeführten Analysen sowie Erfassung von Daten und Ergebnissen im LIMS.
  • Durchführung von Rohdatenkontrollen gemäss Schulungsmatrix sowie Führung der relevanten Logbücher.
  • Kalibrierung, Funktionskontrolle und Überprüfung von Analysengeräten sowie sorgfältiger und sicherheitsbewusster Umgang mit Apparaturen und Installationen.
  • Überwachung und Bewirtschaftung von Verbrauchsmaterialien und Chemikalien.
  • Mitarbeit bei der Implementierung neuer Analysenmethoden sowie bei der Erstellung und Überarbeitung von Prüfvorschriften, Arbeitsanweisungen und Formblättern.
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von GMP-, Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsanforderungen sowie zeitnahe Meldung von Abweichungen und aussergewöhnlichen Ereignissen.
  • Aktive Zusammenarbeit innerhalb des Laborteams und Unterstützung eines zuverlässigen und termingerechten Laborbetriebs.

Qualifikationen und Berufserfahrung

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Chemielaborant:in EFZ oder eine vergleichbare labortechnische Ausbildung.
  • Praktische Kenntnisse in der chemischen Analytik, insbesondere in der Nasschemie und/oder instrumentellen Analytik.
  • Erfahrung in einem GMP-regulierten Laborumfeld und im Umgang mit Qualitätsmanagementsystemen ist von Vorteil.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Anwendungen und den gängigen MS-Office-Programmen; Erfahrung mit LIMS oder vergleichbaren Laborsystemen ist von Vorteil.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse.
  • Selbstständige, präzise und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägtem Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
  • Teamorientierte und kommunikative Persönlichkeit sowie Flexibilität und Bereitschaft, sich in neue Methoden, Geräte und digitale Lösungen einzuarbeiten.

  • Als Teil unseres Teams Quality Control Chemical Analysis arbeitest du in einem vielseitigen analytischen Umfeld und übernimmst Verantwortung für die zuverlässige und GMP-konforme Prüfung von Rohstoffen, Wirkstoffen und Fertigprodukten.
  • Neben der täglichen Laboranalytik hast du die Möglichkeit, dich in unterschiedliche Methoden und Geräte einzuarbeiten und bei der Einführung neuer Analysen sowie der Weiterentwicklung unserer Labordokumentation mitzuwirken.
  • Die Position bietet dir ein abwechslungsreiches Aufgabengebiet zwischen praktischer Laborarbeit, Geräteanalytik und GMP-Dokumentation sowie die Möglichkeit, innerhalb deines Aufgabenbereichs zunehmend Verantwortung zu übernehmen und dich fachlich weiterzuentwickeln.
