Export Specialist Supply Chain (m/w/x)

Die Position:

× Sicherstellung der termingerechten und GDP konformen Lieferung von Kundenaufträgen und Intercompany Bestellungen von den CSL Standorten in Europa, USA, Lateinamerika und Australien (durch standortübergreifende Abstimmung, Planung und Koordination bei Lieferengpässen oder entsprechende Auswahl des Transportweges) an die globalen CSL Affiliates und externe Kunden.

o Erstellung eines Lieferplans unter Berücksichtigung von Bedarfsdaten und der zur Auslieferung zur Verfügung stehenden Produktchargen. Dabei sind komplexe Anforderungen, wie z.B, Temperaturanforderungen sowie Mengen- und Wertgrenzen je nach Transportart (Luft, See, LKW) und Transportverpackung (Kühlbox, Kühlcontainer) zu beachten.

× Standortübergreifende Abstimmung und ggf Eskalation bei Abweichungen zwischen Bedarfsdaten und verfügbarer Menge (Lieferengpass). Analyse und Abstimmung mit externen Kunden Sicherstellung der ordnungsgemäßen Einhaltung der länderspezifischen Zoll- und handelsrechtlichen Bestimmungen

o Auswahl und Erstellung der Zolldokumente für Export und Import für das jeweilige Empfangsland (z.B. Handelsrechnung, Ausfuhrerklärung, Warenverkehrsbescheinigung)

o Auswahl und Erstellung aller weiteren für das jeweilige Empfangsland erforderlichen Dokumente (z.B. IHK Ursprungszeugnis, Versicherungszertifikat) und bei Bedarf Koordination der benötigten Beglaubigung / Legalisierung der Dokumente

× Durchführung von regionalen und standortübergreifenden Abstimmungsgesprächen mit den beteiligten Funktionen (z.B Quality, Customer Service, Lager) zur Klärung von neuen Anforderungen, Prozessverbesserungen oder Abweichungen.. Abstimmung der notwendigen Anpassungen

× Begleitung von Behördenvertretern bei Inspektionen

× Abwicklung von Aufträgen innerhalb und außerhalb der globalen CSL Supply-Chain (Produktionsstandorte, Affiliates und externe Kunden) von der Auftragserfassung bis zur

× Fakturierung, inkl. Koordination mit den beteiligten Abteilungen. (z. B. Ableitung oder Einleitung von Korrekturmaßnahmen)

o Überprüfung von Zahlungskonditionen, Preisen, Kreditlimits und kostenlosen Positionen in Koordination mit Commercial Operations, Treasury und Finance.

o Zusammenarbeit mit in - und ausländischen Kunden, Behörden, Anwälten und Versicherern. o Überwachung der Aufträge in Zusammenhang mit aktualisierten Fertigungs- und Freigabeterminen. Sicherstellung der Aktualität der Auftragsdaten in SAP

o Abstimmung von kundenspezifischen Anforderungen

× Abwicklung komplexer Akkreditivprozesse von der Erstprüfung bis zur Weitergabe der Dokumentation zur Bankeinreichung

× Fachliche Prüfung der Akkreditivanforderungen hinsichtlich der logistischen Anforderungen, Legalisierungen, ect. Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den relevanten Fachabteilungen der einzelnen Herstell-Sites, wie z.B. Treasury, Quality, sowie Commercial Operations

× Erstellung und Bearbeitung der benötigten Dokumente (z.B. Handelsrechnung, Ursprungszeugnisse) zur Bankeinreichung unter Beachtung der behördlichen Vorgaben

× Fachliche Prüfung extern erstellter Akkreditiv relevanter Dokumente (z.B. Air Waybill) und Koordination mit externen und interen Dienstleistern (Spediteure, Versicherung, Quality)

× Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Monatsberichten, dem Finanz-Forecast und Sales Report.

× Kommentierung von Abweichungen gegenüber dem Sales Budget / - Forecast

× BI-Reporting zur Überwachung der Lieferungen, Generierung von Rückwärtsanalysen

× Finanzielle Abwicklung (Gut-/Lastschriften) in Abstimmung mit Finance

× Vorbereitung von Retouren in Koordination mit den Fachabteilungen der einzelnen Herstell-Sites sowie mit dem Rücksender und Abwicklung von Retouren gemäß abgestimmten Vorgehensweisen / SOPs

× Abwicklung von Schädensfällen mit Fachbateilungen und Versicherungen

× Dokumentation von Prozessen, inkl. Erstellung von Ablaufbeschreibungen

× Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung und Aktualisierung von SOPs (global)

× Mitarbeit bei Projekten innerhalb Commercial Operations und Global Logistics

× Schulung von internen Richtlinien (nach Maßgabe des Vorgesetzten, Regulatory, RSO, RQO)

Womit Sie überzeugen:

× i.d.R. abgeschlossenes Studium zum Bachelor of Arts, z. B. Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt Supply Chain

× Projektmanagement Kenntnisse

× Englisch Level 2

× Ausgedehnte -Best Practice- Kenntnisse im Bereich der Handhabung / Lagerung, Distribution, Bestandskontrolle und im Export/Import von Pharma-Produkten

× 4-5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung
