In dieser vielseitigen Funktion arbeiten Sie eng mit der Produktion sowie verschiedenen Fachbereichen zusammen und tragen aktiv zur Sicherstellung und kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer GMP-konformen Herstellprozesse bei.

Das erwartet Sie ##

  • Sie untersuchen und bearbeiten GMP-relevante Abweichungen, führen fundierte Ursachenanalysen durch und erstellen die entsprechenden Untersuchungsberichte.
  • Sie erstellen und koordinieren Änderungsanträge (Change Controls) in Zusammenarbeit mit den beteiligten Fachstellen und stellen deren konsequente Nachverfolgung sicher.
  • Sie unterstützen die GMP-konforme Produktion und wirken bei der Erstellung und Aktualisierung von SOPs, Verfahren, Produktionsrezepte und Arbeitsanweisungen mit.
  • Sie sammeln, visualisieren und interpretieren Prozess- und Produktionsdaten, erkennen Zusammenhänge und unterstützen daraus abgeleitete Verbesserungsmassnahmen.
  • Sie vertreten relevante Themen und Sachverhalte professionell bei internen und externen Audits und Inspektionen.
  • Sie bringen Ihre fachliche Expertise in bereichsübergreifende Projekte und Verbesserungsinitiativen innerhalb des CSL-Netzwerks ein.
  • Sie arbeiten eng mit internen Fachstellen und Stakeholdern zusammen und unterstützen eine nachhaltige und kontinuierliche Verbesserung unserer Herstellprozesse.

Qualifikationen & Berufserfahrung ##

  • Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im naturwissenschaftlichen oder technischen Bereich (FH/Universität).
  • Sie bringen relevante Berufserfahrung in der pharmazeutischen oder biotechnologischen Industrie sowie gute Kenntnisse im GMP-Umfeld mit.
  • Sie verfügen über ausgeprägte analytische und problemlösungsorientierte Fähigkeiten und können komplexe Sachverhalte strukturiert bearbeiten.
  • Sie sind eine proaktive und kommunikative Persönlichkeit und legen grossen Wert auf exaktes, strukturiertes und GMP-konformes Arbeiten.
  • Sie arbeiten selbstständig, übernehmen Verantwortung und behalten auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen den Überblick.
  • Sie haben ein ausgeprägtes Flair für die Erstellung strukturierter Berichte sowie für die Analyse und Interpretation von Daten.
  • Sie arbeiten gerne im Team und schätzen die Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen internen und externen Stakeholdern.
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab.
