The Role

As a Vaccine Sales Specialist at CSL, you’ll drive meaningful impact by delivering our flu portfolio to key healthcare providers. You’ll work strategically with pediatric practices, independent healthcare providers, Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), and integrated delivery networks to achieve sales targets while enhancing the customer experience.

This role combines territory management with key account planning, requiring you to analyze provider objectives and align our solutions with their goals. You’ll serve as the voice of the customer, collaborating with internal stakeholders to solve challenges and drive optimal outcomes. Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales results to achieve and exceed volume, revenue, and profitability targets across your territory.
  • Develop strategic key account business plans supported by thoughtful routing and pre-call planning.
  • Analyze account objectives and promote product implementation aligned with provider goals.
  • Represent the Seqirus Customer Experience vision while collaborating with internal teams to educate stakeholders, resolve challenges, and improve customer outcomes.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer by sharing account trends, emerging needs, and anticipated business impacts with internal stakeholders.

What We Need to See From You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Health Policy, Life Sciences, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Pharmaceutical or strong B2B sales experience, with demonstrated competency in territory management.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Veeva and experience with key account management.
  • Strong communication skills, learning agility, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Compensation

The expected base salary range for this position is $93,000–$130,000 annually. This range reflects the minimum and maximum base pay CSL expects to offer for this position at the listed New York location as of the time of posting.

The base salary offered to the successful candidate will be determined based on qualifications, skill level, experience, competencies, and other relevant factors. In addition to base salary, total compensation for this sales role will include sales incentive compensation in accordance with the applicable incentive plan.
